TOTAL SOCCER FITNESS AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM


A complete soccer player does not neglect any aspect of the game. This means they address the technical, tactical, physical and mental aspects. The Total Soccer Fitness and Conditioning Program is designed specifically to address the fitness development and conditioning aspects of soccer. The Program is centered around science based speed, agility, strength and endurance for soccer players. To measure progress, the Program includes performance testing which incorporates the latest technology including the nationally recognized T4 Soccer performance assessment testing battery.

Utilizing only staff that are professionally accrediated and experienced in fitness and conditioning, the Program provides a unique scientific approach which addresses all performance areas including:  agility, strength, flexibility, coordination, speed, rhythm, and quickness. We especially target the identification and strengthening of weaknesses based upon certain benchmarks. Our standard and customized programs are designed for use at the team and/or individual levels. The focus is on players or teams within the Under 11 (U-11) and older age groups. We recommend starting at U-11 age group to ensure players develop an understanding, basic techniques and the discipline to advance at the older age groups.

Our staff can provide weekly, monthly, or seasonal training packages designed for the identified needs of a player and/or a team based upon a pre-package assessment. A package can focus on pre-season, in-season and post-season aspects of soccer and may include:
