YSA COACHING STAFF
All YSA coaches and trainers are members of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) and / or the United States Soccer Federation (USSF). They are encouraged and supported by YSA to pursue professional development and continuous learning opportunities, as well as participate in adult leagues. Many of our staff members also hold specialized certificates and diplomas such as National Coaching and Advanced Youth Diplomas. Staff members are fully insured and licensed by the State and National USSF offices. YSA is a Limited Liability Company and holds an additional liability insurance policy.

Socrates (Soc) Nicolaidis Recently named the Assistant Coach of a Women's WPSL team and the Head Coach of the Reserve Team. A native of Melbourne, Australia, Soc is a former professional player and has been a member of clubs such as South Melbourne FC, Metropolitan Select Team and Victorian State Team. He has been coached by such notables as Dave McLaren former EPL club Aston Villa first team coach and Tommy Docherty former EPL club Manchester United Manager. At 15 years and 361 days he was the youngest player ever to appear in a National Soccer League game. He is still the youngest player ever to start a game for South Melbourne FC. He is the Owner and Technical Director of YSA and International Football Director for FIA. Soc holds a USSF license, International license and Football Federation Australia license. He has coached multiple competitive youth soccer at multiple clubs, exposing his teams to premier leagues and nationally recognized tournaments.

Nick Juengert Nick was recently named the Head Coach of the South Jersey United FC women's team. He just completed his seventh season as Head Coach women’s soccer at The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey where he has led the Ospreys to three consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances plus back-to-back ECAC Metro titles. His teams have won 70 percent of their games.
Juengert became the head coach at Stockton following a six-year stint as an assistant men’s soccer coach at Rider University, where he helped the Broncs win MAAC championships and earn NCAA Tournament berths. Prior to joining the Rider staff, Juengert was the head men’s coach at Burlington County College. In 1996, the Barons finished as the national runner-up and Juengert was named the NSCAA Junior College National Coach of the Year, Region XIX Coach of the Year and Garden State Athletic Conference Coach of the Year.
Juengert also completed assistant coaching stints at Burlington Community College, State University of New York (SUNY) New Paltz and Willingboro High School, and he has worked with the New Jersey Olympic Development Program and the Medford Strikers. As a player, Juengert earned two letters apiece in soccer at Burlington County College and Rutgers University. He possesses a bachelor’s degree in physical education and sports management from Rutgers.

Martin (Woody) Wood A graduate of the York St. John College, University of Leeds where he earned a degree in Sport Studies and Physical Education and was a two year captain of the First Team. Previously, Martin played for The Priory School and Kent District. He also trained with the Millwall Football club and played semi-professional football with Swanley Furness FC. A native of Kent, England, Martin’s coaching career includes being a member of the staff of the Colorado Rapids of the MLS; the Arc Sports Development, England; and multiple youth organizations. He has also served as a Player Development Officer for the New York Metrostars of the MLS and the New York Red Bulls of the MLS. In addition he served as a Sports Science Lecturer at The F.A. in England.
Martin holds a USSF and UEFA licenses, Football Psychology and FA Coaching certificates and a CSLA. He has coached competitive youth soccer at multiple clubs, exposing his teams to premier leagues and nationally recognized tournaments.

Tony Buchler A former player at Rider college (now Rider University), Tony also played for New Jersey Americans / Reserves of the ASL, German-American Kickers 1st Team / GSSL, Abruzzi SC Select/NY / Regional Men’s Super League and Extension SC / NJ Men’s State Cup Champ & Open Cup Team. He has a broad range of experience in soccer that includes: ODP staff member, club Board member, College Scout and Author – So You Want To Play College Soccer. Tony holds a USSF license. He has coached boys and girls competitive youth soccer at multiple clubs, exposing his teams to premier leagues and nationally recognized tournaments.

Neil Condon A graduate of the University of Saint Francis where he earned a degree in Business and played for the Fighting Saints (NCAA DI). Neil is a Scholar-Athlete and Dean's List student, was a four year starter and twice earned All-American Honors. A native of Brisbane, Australia, Neil had a standout career including: Australian National Youth Team; Asian Cup in Japan; and South American tour of Brazil. More recently, Neil completed a Master of Political Science at Lock Haven University. Neil holds a USSF license, NSCAA diplomas and is a certified NSCAA Coaching Instructor. He has coached at the college DII and DIII levels and well as competitive youth soccer within ODP Programs and at multiple clubs, exposing his teams to premier leagues and nationally recognized tournaments.

Amanda Wheeler A graduate of the Fairleigh Dickinson University where she earned a degree in Psychology and M.A.T. in Elementary Education and played for the Knights (NCAA DI). During her collegiate career she was the team’s MVP once, All-Northeast Conference (NEC) first team honoree three times, All-NEC second team honoree once and NEC Defensive Player Of The Year once. She played at the amateur level for the NJ Wildcats a USL W-League team and club soccer for the Medford Strikers Soccer Club winning a state title. Amanda holds a USSF license and NSCAA diploma. She has coached competitive youth soccer, exposing teams to premier leagues and nationally recognized tournaments.

Salvador (Salvy) Baldino A graduate of Wingate University where he played for the Bulldogs (NCAA DII). He is a product of Princeton Soccer Association and played under current Princeton University Men’s Soccer Head Coach, Jim Barlow. More recently he served as the General Manager of the New Jersey Wildcats, a USL W-League team. He has been a member of the Princeton High School varsity coaching staff for six years and won a Group III state championship. Salvy holds a USSF license, NSCAA diplomas and is CPR/AED/First Aid certified. He has coached competitive youth soccer at multiple clubs, exposing his teams to premier leagues and nationally recognized tournaments.

Noel Niederkorn A graduate of Drexel University where she played for the Dragons (NCAA DI). Noel is 5th on the all time list of games played for the Dragons. Previously, she was a product of the Medford Strikers and Paul IV High School soccer programs. She is currently a teacher and holds a USSF license. She has coached competitive youth soccer at multiple clubs, exposing his teams to premier leagues and nationally recognized tournaments.

Peter Cundo A native of Itay, Peter played amateur club soccer for the notable Walt Chyzowych, who helped shape soccer in America when he served as US National Team and Olympic Coach and as Director of Coaching for US Soccer. Previously, Peter played at Bishop Newmann High School and was named All-Catholic, All-State and Second Team All-American. He began his soccer career in Italian Regional Soccer.
Peter holds a USSF license, NSCAA diplomas, and an ICA membership. He has coached competitive youth soccer at multiple clubs, exposing his teams to premier leagues and competitive tournaments.

Diego Alonso Da Rosa A graduate of Adelphi University where he earned a degree in Business Management and played for the Panthers (NCAA DI). Previously, Diego attended Missouri Valley College and was a team captain of the Vikings (NAIA). He also played at the amateur level for the Westside FC, Vancouver, Canada. A native of São Paulo, Brazil, Diego holds USSF and Brazilian National Soccer licenses and is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Aimee Bresani A graduate of the University of Maryland where she earned a degree in Operations Management and played for the Terrapins (NCAA DI). Previously Aimee played for Bishop Eustace Preparatory School, was two-year captain, lead the Crusaders to four Olympic Conference championships, was two-time team MVP, three-time South Jersey Parochial championships, won two New Jersey State Parochial titles, two-time member of the New Jersey All-Parochial first team, named twice to the first team All-state, four-time first team All-Olympic Conference, twice All-South Jersey, two-time first team selection by Philadelphia Inquirer and South Jersey Courier Post and twice nominated for Philadelphia Inquirer and South Jersey Courier Post player of the year. She played at the amateur level for the NJ Wildcats a USL W-League team and club soccer for the Medford Soccer Club and FC Pennsylvania Strikers which won a state championship. Her ODP experience includes five-year member of the New Jersey ODP team, two-year member of the Region I team and five-year member of the Region I pool. A native of Woodbury, N.J., Aimee holds a USSF license.

Ryan Van Osten A graduate of the Rutgers University-Camden where he earned a degree in History and played for the Scarlet Raptors (NCAA DIII). Ryan currently works as a Teacher's Assistant for students with learning disabilities. He holds a USSF license and has coached competitive youth soccer at multiple clubs, exposing his teams to premier leagues and nationally recognized tournaments.

Justin Stahl Justin is currently completing his B.S.N Nursing. He is a product of the TBAA club soccer and St. Augustine College Preparatory School varsity team. He has won multple individual competition and overall awards within the National Goalie Wars Association.
Justin holds NSCAA diplomas, and is SSA certified for speed, strength and agility. He has coached goalkeepers in multiple environments including camps, clinics, one on one and during team training.

Bill Rizzo Bill holds a Master of Science Degree in Sports Management and is currently completing a certificate in Collegiate Compliance. He currently completes for Berlin FC within the South Jersey Adult Soccer League and previously was a member of the Elizabethtown College team which captured the Middle Atlantic Conference Championship. Previously, he was a member of the ODP Pool and an All-State honoree.
Bill holds NSCAA and USSF diplomas and is affiliated with the United States Youth Soccer Coaches Connection and the International Sports Sciences Association. He has coached in multiple environments including teams, camps, and clinics.

Daniella (Dani) Allizzo Dani attends LaSalle University where she is earning a degree in Secondary Education and plays for the Explorers (NCAA DI). Formerly she played at the amateur level for the NJ Wildcats a USL W-League team and played her club soccer for the TBAA Comets. She was a member of the New Jersey ODP state team pool and was a varsity player at Highland Regional High School where she earned All-Conference South Jersey honors. A native of Laurel Springs, NJ, Dani holds a USSF license.

Leigha Ashmen Leigha attends Saint Peter’s College where she is earning a degree in Elementary Education and Political Science and plays for the Peahens (NCAA DI). She is currently a team captain, ranked within the schools top ten for saves and goals against average and has been named to the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) All-Academic Team. Formerly she played her club soccer for the TBAA Comets, was a member of the New Jersey ODP state team pool and was a varsity player at Shawnee High School. A native of Hammonton, NJ, Leigha holds a USSF license.
